Friendship cities

Freiburg maintains friendships with many cities worldwide as part of a memorandum of understanding or through verbal agreements. The most recent project—a climate project partnership—was launched in 2019 with San Jerónimo and the Province La Convención of Cusco, Peru: Klimaprojektpartnerschaft.
