We propose tours and lectures focused on sustainable development in the Green City of Freiburg – where life is a little different. Freiburg offers plenty of green space, a different kind of mobility with fewer cars and more bicycles, exciting plus-energy buildings, and an urban planning for which social cohesion is also an important aim.
In the city centre, the Vauban district and other eco-districts, as well as in social housing districts, we show which promising concepts have already been implemented and what still needs to be done – concerning the issues of affordable housing, energy transition or car-reduced mobility. We propose tours for professional visitors as well as for all people interested in these topics. We also work with students from countries all over the world. Our tours in the Black Forest focus on nature conservation and renewable energies. We only offer group tours.
